"Only had 5 and 1/2 hours in the hotel wasn't able to try anything out except the bed the only thing I wish is I wish they would offer a special rate for people that have short layovers like that like five or six hours"

I had questions and they kept smiling, showing me what i needed to do for the wonderful extended parking, extra hour check out and even suggested a better way to see Pikes Market by tram before we were shuttled to the airport by kind Mr. Juan. Clean rooms, airport shuttle, extended parking all for a great price! I already booked our stay back from Uganda, when we land back! In 2 weeks! Great stay!!!"

"This hotel surprised in two delightful ways. First, you can call them and they will send the shuttle. Much better than having to wait for a once-per-hour shuttle like so many places have. Second, they have a fantastic little Asian restaurant right in the lobby. We had several dinners and a breakfast there. Delicious!"

"Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7 or an 8. More like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings was very deceiving. The conditions of the outside was a joke.The enite place needs a make over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look att the room and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. Best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm you will see for yourself, that area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me. "
