"Friendly staff, welcomed me on arrival. I was early so waited in the lounge for check in, and as soon as my room was ready the staff member came to find me to tell me i could check in. Swimming pool area was clean and a decent size. Room clean and comfortable "

Bathroom in room needs a really good clean - grime around bath/shower. Shower had barely any power. The complimentary toiletries were not replinished when we arrived, which is very disappointing and a lack of attention to detail. "

"Pool and spa were brilliant good for kids not too busy and nice areas to relax. Staff were really helpful at breakfast especially with the kids. It would have been nice to have a vegetarian sausages on the menu. Reception staff were amazing check in and checkout really efficient. Overall highly recommend and we would defo come back "

"The hotel is near alot of businesses for food, shopping, and entertainment. Yet, it is dated and the lighting is dark to not show how wore down it is. Old is not an issue but dated and rundown us different. You have to pay extra for every selling point they offer. So for aĺl that unless you're set on swimming in a busy pool etc. then not worth it. The good thing is the location and the room was not freezing like most hotels. The staff were responsive. "

Both of our rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The second room we booked for our guests was equally impressive, and they were very happy with the comfort and overall experience. The cleanliness in both rooms was impeccable—everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly appreciated the complimentary amenities, including parking, water, and fruits—small details that made a big difference and reflected genuine hospitality. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient for accessing Oxford city center, making it ideal for a relaxed stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
