The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!"

Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. House itself is modest and quaint with nice furnishings and decorations and very comfortable beds and well appointed with everything you’d need for a lake vacation. Hanging out in the hot tub and dock at sunset over the lake was the best! Highly recommend this rental!"

"The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! "We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. "My family , 4 of us - all adults, plus 2 medium sized dogs stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cute, very small - no electricity , port a potty . All that was ok, but it rained all weekend - so it was cramped . It would have been great if it hadnt rained . The location is beautiful , there was a wedding on the proprty and you can easily hear every word of the music - that was kinda fun actually.. All in all, it was a great visit!"

"This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay."
