「Positives first: The location was perfect for our needs- shopping, dining, interstate, daughter's college- all 5-10 min away or less. View of the valley was beautiful from backyard (unless you got too close to the back fence where you could see trash thrown on the back portion of property). 「Conveniently located on a quiet street. House itself needs some TLC (to say nothing of some additional furniture and kitchen amenities) but bed was comfortable and the shower had a steady flow of hot water. We weren't looking for much more but were surprised that that's as much as we got. Communication with the host was spotty including receiving arrival/entry instructions, but all came through in the end.」
