"Beautiful hotel in heart of Universal City. Many dining options but no free breakfast. Superb holiday decor and very spirited, helpful and efficient staff. Free shuttle to Universal for hotel guests running every 15 minutes. Large pool and hot tub outdoors but both warm. Great time "
