The staff members were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable.
Be warned - There is no fitness room. And you can hear *everything going on in neighboring rooms.
There is not much to do near the hotel. But it was pretty easy to use the bus/train system to get around. I walked from Ostia Antica every day too. You can safely walk if you turn down the alley behind the hotel to avoid the stretch of main road that has no sidewalk. I was there for a whole week for a sports event. I recommend the Ostia Antica archeological site! I went into the Rome city center to see all the sites on 3 different days and used the metro. This was a clean, friendly, reasonably priced place to stay. I would stay here again. Quiet and away from the hubbub.

Accidental tourists
A day trip with my family to Al Ain on Friday 14 April 2017 turned us into "accidental tourists" over the Hili Border into Oman. We looked on Wotif & found Dar Al Khaleej in Al Buraimi, Buraimi which was 20 minutes (14 klm) from Al Ain as shown on Google maps. So we booked & paid & didn't realise ...
