「Enjoyed it」

「Montisi is a quaint village that is anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour drive to fabulous hill towns and wine tasting. The house is simple but charming. We spent most of our time while at the house by the pool, dining on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and with 4 women, we each enjoyed having our own bathroom. Luigi is a gracious host and provides excellent recommendations. I have every intention of returning! Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool fantastisch und Asciano ist ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden (Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Val d‘Orcia). Linda und ihre Familie sind super nett und waren immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「I did not want to leave. Cheerful, stylish color pallet & decor. Good internet. Postcard views. Peaceful. Relaxing. Lovely outside terrace & pool. The quibbles-no television, no coffee machine, no microwave. Sofa & coffee table are more shabby than chic. Stains. Need replacing.」

「The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).」

「Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake.」

「This was a great villa in the Chianti region. The villa suited our group of six. The location was ideal for visiting Siena, Florence and surrounding towns. Roberto responded immediately to any questions we had. A welcome basket was wonderful, supplying any immediate breakfast or snack needs. The wine was a pleasant surprise also. Be sure to follow Roberto's written instructions to the villa. GPS gets you close but his instructions are needed! Would definitely recommend.」

「We were a group of 22 celebrating a birthday. We spent a wonderful week exploring Tuscany and relaxing at the villa. Fabio was a wonderful host - very responsive and always happy to assist with arrangements or answer questions. The property is vast with many beautiful spaces to relax and cook. 「Everything about our stay was perfect - the house was absolutely incredible and the view was unmatched. Serena was the best part of our stay. Her food was incredible and she was a joy to have around. The best dining experience we had in all of Tuscany! 「Een spartaans vakantiehuis met een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Het huis zelf is gedateerd en bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Boven kan je slapen met een gezin aangezien daar een airco is die redelijk werkt. Beneden geen airco dus vrij warm en muffig (was voorheen de stal). 「It was a special family get away to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The Villa is spectacular, but the views are incredible! We even watched a hot air balloon fly over Siena at dawn! Everything we could need to cook at the Villa was provided, we hired a chef on night and he had everything he needed as well! Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). Küchenausstattung mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und großer Kühl- Gefrierkombination optimal, leider...

「Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.」

「This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant...

「Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!」

「We were group of 16 adults and three children under the age of three. Sonja and Diego could not have been better hosts! They are truly lovely people! Everything was absolutely perfect!
