"I would say place is very average in terms of standard, good few key issues such as squeaky floor, loose bed frames which may impact your sleep - impacted us. Front and back yard needs lots of clean up, didn't impact us. Other issues such as fan, tissues, gas burner, power trip all were actively sorted by host. My Rating for host is high. He is very responsive and available to sort what is possible he could, helpful for any information "

"As an older couple we found this property in excellent condition, with all the kitchen supplies and items we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner during our week long stay. The back yard was large with a deck and a clothes line for those clothes that couldn’t be put in the inside dryer. The house was large with comfortable furniture and a bed that gave us a great nights sleep.
