We have fully equipped the home because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. This haven offers breathtaking, expansive water views of the public side of Lake Anna, with 260 feet of pristine rip-rap shoreline. Stroll down the beautifully crafted stone steps to your deep-water covered boathouse, boasting a water depth of ~10 feet, an electric boat lift, two electric jet ski lifts, a spacious sun deck, a covered entertainment area, and a storage room with a roll-up window.

Inside, the home features over 2,000 square feet of living space, including 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, all with stunning lake views. The family room, with its brick wood-burning fireplace, opens to the dining area and a cozy sunroom—perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying TV while overlooking the lake. The spacious kitchen includes a bay window, plenty of countertop space, and a center island. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The lakeside primary bedroom suite offers his and her closets, a large vanity, a tiled shower, and direct access to the deck. After a day on the water, gather around the fire pit to roast s'mores with family and friends.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Located on a private cul-de-sac, this home is positioned on the largest, widest part of the lake. As a guest of the exclusive Both Waters subdivision, you’ll enjoy rare access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna—an opportunity not found elsewhere. Pack your water shoes & swimsuit, and get ready for unforgettable memories in this peaceful escape where stress simply drifts away. With 13,000 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. During your stay you can use the Both Waters community amenities including a beach, boat ramps, pavilion, and picnic tables.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
