"It’s was ehhhh. NO coffee maker in room. Also to get to your room, had to take one elevator up2 floors, get off, then get on a different elevator bank. "

"The resort exceeded our expectations. The food was top drawer, poolside chairs were quite assessable (except on the weekend - better get there early to snag a lounge), and the staff were beyond friendly. Truly a wonderful week."

"Downgraded upon arrival, to two full beds, when a king single was reserved. Room was cleaned promptly upon request. Pool was nice, would be better if kids didn’t take up all the bar at the pool. Was harassed upon arrival to upgrade and buy extra amenities offered by hotel. Taxi service was safe and prompt. Breakfast was a huge all you can eat buffet, very generic covering all different food types and groups. "
