「Very great service! The gate was opened right away. We were brought to our room and our big suitcase was carried by the staff. Delicious breakfast was included and ready for us the next morning. All this by only one employee. 」

「Only if you riquire the absolute minimum. Had some difficulties sleeping with mice in my room. The area is not a nice place to be. The food was good though. 」

「The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges」

「I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”」
