「Shops are definitely walkable but i wouldn’t call 2 miles “walkable” to Downtown Gainesville. That implies a couple blocks definitely less than 1 mile 」

「Host was very friendly, considerate and to communicate with! House was beautifully furnished and comfortable! Back yard was my literal dream yard! Gorgeous pool! We hosted my daughter's 15th birthday here and it was exactly what we needed!」

「This place is clean and very cute! And in a pretty nice area. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. However, due to a few issues (out of the owners control) we did leave a day early. The renters upstairs were very loud and the floors are very thin so keep that in mind if you stay here and someone else is upstairs. The other issue was the Internet went out the 2nd day we were there and never came back on which means no TV as well! Other than these few problems the stay was great. 」
