Totally outdated, carpet in the hall was dirty never got vacuumed, sink wouldn’t drain, kitchen tap leaked everywhere when you turned it on. No ashtrays outside so cigarette butts everywhere. We asked for extra blanket they didn’t have any. Breakfast was very very limited. Fire alarm went off at 1:00 AM and the police were there the next day. Never stayed here before and will never again.

The overall stay was disappointing. The property’s condition and facilities were poor, and the area around it did not feel welcoming. Cleanliness was below expectations. The only positive was the staff, who were polite and provided average service, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

Check your beds

We usually strip our hotel room to make sure there’s no bed bugs to find that this hotel zip ties the sheets to the bed. I cut the zip tie to find dry blood stains on the bed. I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep in that bed

It smelled walking into the hotel. The first room we got wasn’t clean. Had to go back to the desk for a new room. It’s very out dated. Bed felt like a spring was going to come through. Bathroom door doesn’t stay shut. I think it’s time to invest in remodeling

This was the worse ever. Broken amenity and bad assistance from the stuff. Refrigerator leaking water underneath all night. Temperature too low freezing everting that I bought. I called the front desk reported but nobody show to fix. Faucet was leaking also. Limited towels. I have to take out my own trash. Bad lighting on the hallway. Too dark. Parking lot all dirty. Entrance the building too ugly and dirty carpet. When I got there the elevator was broken down. I have to carried my luggages up to the third floor. Also the staff was not friendly. Not a single smile in everyone faces when I aprochoed to them. Rude sometimes about trash disposal. So I don’t recommend that place to no one. Needs some serious and deep intervention from the corporations to save their name.

I feel like the staircase should be locked and only use for exits For safety and security the outside doors should be locked with the exception of the main entrance and guests can use their card for entrance
