I enjoyed my stay with Ola Boutique. The staff was very helpful snd accommodating. The location was just perfect snd central for what I needed.

This place is truly beautiful—amazing views, a privileged location, and surrounded by plenty of greenery. The setting itself is peaceful and enjoyable. However, my biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel regarding my wife’s skin condition, and we were assured that everything would be properly taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bed sheets appeared dirty, as if they had not been replaced. We contacted the front desk, but the response showed little to no empathy—there wasn’t even a simple apology. Additionally, housekeeping was very poor throughout our stay. By the second day, there was no body wash, and even after contacting the front desk again, the issue was not resolved. After four days, we still didn’t have soap. Overall, while the location and views are great, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made our experience disappointing. Would I come back? Unfortunately, no. I would choose another place to stay on the island next time
