I am giving this apartment 3 stars based on my experience.The apartment itself is nice and has the basics needed for a vacation stay, but there were several important issues that affected my comfort.The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I requested thinner, softer pillows and was told I would be charged USD 95 for them. I ended up buying them myself at Piero, a specialized bedding store that is not cheap, for about USD 40, which felt unreasonable in comparison.There is also a significant water leakage issue in the laundry area roof, which caused my clothes to get wet while hanging on the drying rack. In addition, the dryer does not actually dry clothes properly — it only washes them. When it rained, the laundry floor became very slippery and unsafe.There is also water leaking from the patio area, which allows rainwater to enter the laundry space. On top of that, there is a water leak coming from the heater in the bathroom.That said, I do want to acknowledge that the team at Oasis always responded quickly to my emails and were attentive in their communication.Overall, while the apartment has potential, the maintenance issues and lack of proper resolution for basic comfort concerns significantly impacted my stay
