Only a few steps away from the subway and several bus lines, making it easy and convenient to get around the city.

This studio is spacious, bright, and well-ventilated.

It features air conditioning (hot/cold) and a strong Wi-Fi connection—perfect whether you're here to relax or work.

Located on the fourth floor of the building, with both elevator and stair access.

The main space has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bed can be arranged as a double (160x190 cm) or split into two single beds, depending on your needs.

There’s also a table with chairs, ideal for dining, working, or studying.

A Smart TV is included so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies.

The kitchen, while compact, is fully equipped: electric oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and dishware.

You’ll find everything you need to cook your meals at home if you prefer not to eat out.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. It’s designed to be clean, practical, and comfortable.

Although parking is not included with the apartment, you’ll find several valet parking services in the area at reasonable prices.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with multiple bus lines running along Santa Fe and Pueyrredón Avenues.

The Santa Fe subway station is just half a block away.

There are also plenty of bus lines and taxis, and ride-sharing apps like Uber, Cabify, and Didi work very well in this area.
