The room was nice, clean and comfortable and it’s in a good area handy for Placa de Mayo & Casa Rosada. The dining room and pool area are shabby with mouldy ceilings and when it rains buckets are placed around to catch the leaks. Food was ok, lots of cakes/sweet things plus eggs. In 2 of the days the fresh fruit had run out and wasn’t replaced and had to ask for plates in 2 days as there weren’t any, no tables are laid so you have to get you own cutlery plates glasses etc. I think it’s a bit over priced for the poor condition of dining room & shabby pool area

We stayed at the Ker San Telmo twice during a recent trip to Argentina. Both times the experience was a very positive one. The rooms we had were very clean and only had very minor cosmetic issues. The entire hotel appears clean and well managed and the staff has been very helpful. The only issue which occurred at both arrivals was that I initially was offered one, rather than the two connecting rooms I had booked - both times the matter was resolved within minutes.
