This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in my opinion it feels closer to a 2-star. The building is quite old and lacks basic amenities—no refrigerator in the rooms and no ice machine in the hotel. Ice was only available at breakfast by request, and there was no container provided. The AC worked very well and kept the room cold at night. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were very old, but housekeeping replaced them the same day after I requested it. The bathroom worked fine, although the toilet and bidet were a bit loose. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very good location, about 3 blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires and within walking distance of Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo. Included breakfast is excellent. Good for a short stay mainly because of the location.

The room was so old and poorly cared for. The TV looked like it was glued together and the remote batteries looked like someone chewed on them. The air conditioner didn't work so we opened the window to let air in but the noise from the street was so loud we couldn't sleep. Don't stay here. This a two star at best on its way to a one star.
