It is designed for you to have an excellent rest and feel like in an apartment where you could live.

It is a safe and elegant neighborhood, with many gastronomic options (from grills, pasta, gourmet and naturist food, to classic Starbucks and McDonalds, less than 100 meters away) and commercial options: it is in front of the Solar de la Abadía shopping mall and It has a supermarket chain Coto 50 meters, and kiosk open 24 hours. During the day you can enjoy the beautiful forests and lakes of Palermo just 800 meters from the apartment. Glued is the municipal golf course of the City. A few blocks away is also the Palermo racecourse, with its Casino.
