Michael was particularly helpful. Rooms were small but adequate. Well located two blocks from San Telmo Market. Tv in public area. Kitchen was bright and inviting. Breakfast for $4 US was decent with fruit and cheese and toast and coffee and tea and milk...Overall very acceptable.

Nice terrace you can enjoy the view from there. Kitchen accessories were kind of broken. The place is functional, doesn't look so nice as in the pictures. Small unfunctional bedroom. They charged 10 usd more than the declared price in the app because i was paying with card. The personal was reserved.

Staff was kind and helpful all 4 days we stayed. The kitchen had all the basics, the whole place was clean, cute and comfortable. The area was close to a lot of great hot spots. Really no complaints :)

Was a good stay great value nice area, refreshing pool, lobby had a pool table and staff were friendly. however we booked a double bed and got two single beds and the lights did not work minor inconvenience but overall I definitely recommend this spot

The room was clean and fine but the AC conditioner was not cooling, it was just normal air at same temperature than outside (30 degrees in Bueno Aires). The hotel is near from the center of Bueno Aires. This hotel apply the Blue rate (1 Euro = 375 Pesos / March 2023) and they don't apply the Official rate (1 Euro = 200 Pesos / March 2023). The price of the shuttle taxi from airport to the hotel is between 6300 pesos (AEP) and 8000 pesos (EZE) while in the expedia page it is written 700 pesos..

Buenos Aires a great city, not so its people.

The solo room was very good, I was impressed. A tv would be good, but ok without. The shared room was ok, like most. There was a couple sleeping together and talking for a while until they left to party. They returned at 7:00 and disturbed the silence. Luckily I as ready to go out, so no major disturbance for me. Perhaps to the other guest. Front desk staff was unfriendly to me and many, I think. That goes in general to many Bonairenses’ service workers, 70% arrogant, dismissive, uncorteous, rude. it is real. It is a pity, for I was so impressed by the city - it is just fantastic. Too bad many spoil the excitement.

Foi ótimo! A equipe de funcionárias foi muita atenciosa, a localização do Hotel é excelente, próximo a Plaza de Mayo, Mercado SanTelmo, supermercados, padarias, bares e restaurantes. O quarto compartilhado para mulheres possui boa estrutura e conforto. Único ponto que considero como crítica para melhorar é em relação ao custo adicional para uso de toalha, você deve ter dinheiro físico para pagar a toalha, não aceitam cartão de débito/crédito. O café da manhã também é pago a parte, mas nesse caso paguei com cartão. No geral, recomendo essa estadia. Obs: esqueci uma sacola de compra no guarda-volumes do hotel e a equipe de funcionários prontamente me responderam e me ajudaram a recuperar os itens.

2a Estadia - Boa localização e atendimento

Foi nossa 2a estada no hotel, manteve o padrão de antes, um bom custo-benefício com excelente localização e preço. Não espere por quartos amplos e camas confortáveis, mas vale a pena para viajantes que passam mais tempo na rua do que no hotel. Tem bo área de convivência tanto no lobby, área externa com pisnica e também no terraço com uma pequena cozinha para os hóspedes utilizarem.

Hospedagem ok, mas fica registrado a má fé.

No momento da reserva o valor estava em pesos, chegando no hotel a recepcionista nos cobrou em Dólar mesmo solicitando a cobrança em pesos de acordo com site, assim nao permitindo a conversão.. NOS SENTIMOS LESADOS..
