These three lofts are ideal for those who want to be in the heart of Recoleta, one of the most exclusive and elegant neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. They have a capacity of up to nine people. Each of them can comfortably accommodate three people and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Each unit has its own bathroom and kitchen, giving you privacy and comfort. In addition, all units are equipped with air conditioning and high-speed internet access, which will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.
The single beds are adaptable to a double bed, which means that our lofts are ideal for both couples and friends traveling together. And best of all, each of the three lofts is located on a different floor, giving you even more privacy and exclusivity.
From our complex, you can easily access the Recoleta shopping center, the Pueyrredon subway station, the National Library, the Faculty of Law, and Plaza Francia, which are all within walking distance.

Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:
Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
