"The property is exactly like the pictures beautiful we enjoyed our stay at the house so much that we spent very little time at the lagoon, it is a quick walk to where you pay a few pesos to get in use their facilities to access the lagoon right in Beunevista sorry can not comment on that as we went to Bacalar."

When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). "We absolutely loved Casa Shiva. We were there during the off season so everything was pretty quiet. We spent a LOT of time on the pier hanging out and reading and swimming - it was a breathtaking view and the water is beautiful! The employees were awesome - very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing too! We loved it and hope to be back. Its simple - not a lot of extra frills, which we loved. "
