Really really nice apartment, the view is stunning over the city and the Bay, the pool area was also so nice. The staff was so friendly, sweet and helpful. Close to Budva Marina and Old town.

We spent 4 nights at Aqua Resort, as a party of 6 adults, and had a great time. The views are amazing, and despite the very steep hill, it is worth trekking up. The pool is a welcome addition, and the host, Elena, is amazing, genuinely wants you to have a nice stay and is always giving useful information to make sure our time in Budva is enjoyable. Taxi tips, restaurant recommendations and just very kind and welcoming.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Sehr abgelegen auf einem Hügel mit sehr steiler Strasse. Schöner Pool. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Badezimmer fehlte die Dusch Wand, alles Wasser floss ins Badezimmer beim Duschen.

The flat is on top of a hill. It’s very steep so if you lack mobility and fitness it will be an issue. However a taxi to and from old town is €5 c.2026. The view from the flat is wonderful and the staff are very helpful.

Kiva huoneistohotelli. Työntekijät olivat avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Saimme huoneen, josta oli parvekenäkymät merelle. Huomioi, että rakennus sijaitsee kukkulalla ja sinne kiipeäminen varsinkin kovalla helteellä on raskasta. Toki voi ottaa taksin, mutta kysy hinta etukäteen. Lähin kauppa on mäen alla vanhassa kaupungissa.

We spent 5 lovely days in Budva. The view from the windows was breathtaking. The apartment was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing views big clean room

Amazing stay at the AquaResort. Views of all of old town and Hawaii Island. Room very clean and tidy. Support from Elena very very helpful indeed.

Nice, spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious and well kept. The staff were lovely. Like other reviews mentioned, it’s at the top of a very large, very steep hill, but we had a car so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant apartments, very clean, comfy beds, spacious inside with all items you need for a great stay. Lovely pull, parking and you just need to be aware it is up a hill.

What an amazing place! Wow! We loved staying here. Everything was clean, apartment was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The view was amazing! And the pool was great too. Ljubinka at the front desk was great and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also amazing. Highly recommend it

Fantastisk service och fräscha lägenheter. Det är en liten bit upp i berget men med den utsikten är det värt det. Oslagbar utsikt över hela stan och en taxi ner till kärnan av budva tar ca 5 minuter och kostar 2 euro. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Jättefint hotell med stora rum, bra poolområde. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsamma, löste taxi mm. Hotellet är belägen på en brant brant backe, vi bemödade oss inte ens att testa att gå upp för den utan tog 3-5euro taxi hem. Att gå ner för backen gick bättre och efter 10min promenad i nedförsback hela vägen är du i Gamla stan.

Dejligt sted at bo i Budva! Udsigten fra lejligheden og poolen er fantastisk, og værterne er så søde og hjælpsomme. Vejen op til stedet er meget stejl, men slet ikke umulig at gå op ad, og ellers er det nemt nok at finde en billig taxatur derop. I lejligheden er der, hvad man skal bruge og en dejlig stor balkon.

Amazing views of Budva

Once you have made it to the top of the winding road, the views from the hotel balconies are spectacular. The walk down to the old town is about 10-15 minutes, bit back up the hill may be tough for older folk, but they had a deal with a local taxi driver that you could summon from WhatsApp that was cheap and easy to order. Only negative was the strange lack of shower gel that most hotels usually provide, easily remedied with a trip to the supermarket.

Spacious, clean apartment with incredible views. Free parking onsite and a nice pool. The apartment is not very well equipped. Sleeps 4.but there were only 3 of everything such as plates and glasses. Does not come with any complimentary coffee or tea and not even any shower soap. It’s located up a very steep hill. Overall the positives outweigh any negatives and I would recommend this property.
