A real gem! Worth the splurge to stay here.

Just what we wanted - quiet, scenic, everything we needed there! The pool was beautiful and used frequently. Supermarket is close by, as is the beach. Great to have a washing machine there (some washing powder/liquid would be appreciated!). Loved that the outside area for eating/relaxing is close to the pool. A well appointed, spacious, clean villa.

Great villa in lovely and peaceful location

We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach. Highly recommended.

Nice house with big garden/ terrasse and great pool

We stayed a family of four with two teenagers in Lauras house and had a fabulous time. House, garden, pool and the surroundings were exactly as expected from the description and the pictures. Communication upfront was easy and swift and check-in/check-out very smooth. We can highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch wenn sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Der Pool ist fantastisch groß. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Ausrichtung Richtung Osten ist sehr schön. Es sind sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Grillplatz ist leider völlig marode und muss renoviert werden. Der Service und Kontakt zur wunderbaren8 Antonietta, die uns vor Ort betreut hat, lief über sehr gut über WhatsApp. Die Matratzen im Master Bedroom waren einfach und sehr weich. Da habe ich schon auf deutlich bequemeren Betten geschlafen. Das Haus ist in allen Räumen mit Klimaanlagen ausgerüstet. Die Fenster sind neuwertig und mit Fliegengittern in den Schlafräumen und im Bad ausgerüstet. Die Außendusche hat Warmwasser. Die Strand – und Poolausrüstung ist umfangreich, wenn auch teilweise schon etwas benutzt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist über ein automatisches Tor auf Anwohner begrenzt.

The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you.

Schönes Haus mit genialen Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Am besten hat uns der schöne, große Pool gefallen. Gerade bei sehr warmen Wetter ist dieser eine schöne Abkühlung. Die Außendusche ist auch sehr optimal angebracht und ist einfach genial, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem ist in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Das ist spitze. Nur die Betten und Matratzen könnten verbessert werden. (Bessere Matratzen, stabileres Doppelbett). Vor allem das Zimmer mit den Stockbetten ist mit dem großen Schrank sehr klein. 2 Einzelbetten wären hier auf jeden Fall besser. Buchungsanfragen werden sehr schnell und freundlich von Laura beantwortet. Am Haus empfing uns Maria. Sie ist sehr nett und immer zu Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Über WhatsApp war der Kontakt ganz einfach.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön, jedoch zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Oktober) war es sehr windig und der Pool recht kühl, so dass wir beides nur sehr wenig nutzen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Antonietta war sehr freundlich, zügig und zuverlässig.

Villa Alessandra è bellissima, pulita e completa di tutti gli accessori. La comunicazione con i proprietari e con Maria Antonietta che ci ha accolto è stata perfetta e sempre puntuale. La piscina e il patio sono sicuramente i punti di forza della casa oltre alla posizione, la casa si trova infatti in una via privata in un piccolo complesso di case tutte uguali. Davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso!

Logement réservé pour 2 semaines en Juillet 2021. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Au calme au fond de l'impasse, grande piscine et patio, climatisation dans toutes les chambres et séjour. Logement très propre et bien équipé. 3 couchage possibles, lits individuels possibles dans la chambre des enfants, nombreux placards. Chambre adulte comprenant commode et grande penderie. Petit-supermarché à proximité, très proches des plages de sable de la cote Est de la Sardaigne. Barbecue, douche extérieure. Personnel en charge de l'accueil et départ des voyageurs très prévenante et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Relax a due passi dal mare

Ottima location, a pochi passi dal Golfo di Budoni, con le spiagge di Sant Anna, Sa Capannizza e Li Cucutti. In pochi minuti in auto è possibile raggiungere anche le spiagge più belle nei dintorni di San Teodoro (Insuledda, Capo Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, ..). Struttura molto curata, pulita e funzionale (sia con riferimento agli spazi esterni che interni), in collina, in un'area tranquilla e dotata dei servizi essenziali. Host molto attenta, puntuale e disponibile (Sig.ra Antonietta).

A little oasis...

My family and I had a lovely week in Sardinia, our first of what will hopefully be of many. The garden and fantastic pool of this property where amazing. The large pool was just divine, the best pool I think we have ever had. The garden was well manicured, the superb pool spotlessly clean. Despite the garden and pool overlooking the road side, this villa is situated at the end of a small electric gated cul-de-sac with no through traffic, very quiet with a lovely friendly feel to it. The other residence were extremely friendly, so no issues with overlooking. The sheltered parking was a plus. The villa also has great outside space for dinning that’s covered, a brick BBQ as well as an area to relax with comfy seating. The only down side was the villa itself is on the small side, compact and a little outdated. The second bedroom was quite dark, cluttered and a little uncomfortable with bunk beds for our 20 year old daughter & boyfriend, who wanted the privacy of a bedroom despite there being a sofa-bed in the lounge/kitchen area. It’s ok for youngsters but not grown ups unfortunately. Maybe 2 single beds and a lighter colour would make this room more comfortable and appealing. Nevertheless, our time was spent mainly outside. The addition of air conditioning was a blessing given how hot it gets at night. The villa is fully kitted out with all that you need, dish washer, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and iron. There is one bathroom with a large shower, not forgetting the shower outside too. The local beach is a good 30-45 minute stroll away, 5-15 minutes by car depending on which bit you visit. The middle part of the beach is lovely. The beach near the forest the closest side is great for shade but the smell of the pond behind can be a little over powering. The village itself is a convenient 5 minute walk away from 2 supermarkets with lovely accommodating staff and a pharmacy. There is a lovely restaurant, not much to look at from the front but it has a lovely terrace at the back with a manicured garden. The food was just excellent, fresh and tasty and great for takeout pizzas. Laura was great responding to our booking enquires straight away and has been very accommodating. Maria who greeted us was lovely and on hand via WhatsApp at times. An information book would have been useful with contact details for emergency services etc also information regarding the area as we found out about a fantastic night market in San Teodoro.

Lovely Family Villa

We stayed with our two teenage children for 2 weeks, and Laura's villa was perfect for us. It was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean with a super pool. It is well located for the beaches local shops and restaurants as well as Bodoni town. The villa is very well equipped and included Wifi and AC. The street and local area seemed very pleasant with a mix of residents and holidaymakers. Both Laura and Maria were very friendly and responsive in all communications. We certainly hope to return again soon

Semplicemente fantastico!

È stata la mia prima esperienza di affitto di una villa con piscina privata e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La posizione è strategica perché permette di visitare posti e spiagge diverse ogni giorno. Ma la cosa che più è piaciuta a me e a tutta la famiglia (moglie e 3 figli) è stata proprio la villa: può ospitare fino a 7 persone ma credo che, essendoci un solo bagno, 5 sia la capienza adatta. Molto ben arredata, completa di tutto (anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie!) è dotata di un giardino molto ben curato e di una meravigliosa piscina (che spesso è volentieri i figli hanno preferito al mare...!) La villa è peraltro situata in un complesso residenziale privato dove il relax è assolutamente garantito. È stata un'esperienza spettacolare che, oltre a consigliare, sicuramente riproverò.
