The sleeping area is spread across two levels: on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom; upstairs, a master suite with private bathroom and a balcony offering sea views. All bedrooms offer panoramic views of the garden and come with spacious built-in wardrobes.

- The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times may vary depending on your bank).
- In case of damages or regulation violations, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit to cover costs.

- Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
- Klodge is a licensed real estate broker specialized in short-term tourist rentals.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND RENTAL AGREEMENT- After booking, online check-in is required (document and selfie upload for each guest).
- Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
- Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The agreement will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
KEY COLLECTIONKey pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE DISPOSALA door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
