Widemouth Bay is a long stretch of sandy beach and craggy cliffs known for its surf, with lifeguard cover throughout the summer season. The South West Coast Path passes close by, offering miles of clifftop walking in both directions. Bude is 3 miles along the coast, with shops, restaurants, and activities including coasteering, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and bike hire. The bay has a relaxed feel and a handful of local pubs and cafes.


The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space occupies the upper floor, with large windows framing views across the bay. Sofas and armchairs fill the living area to accommodate everyone comfortably around a Smart TV for downtime. A dining table seats ten beneath pendant lights, and the kitchen wraps around a central island, creating a sociable space for cooking, conversation and watching the waves. Doors from the kitchen open onto the balcony, and a WC sits on this level. This is a split-level property, with several steps leading down to the bedrooms. On the ground floor, one bedroom has king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as a twin, alongside an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC.
