Parking was convenient and lots of places to eat that are walkable. Room was spacious and very clean. Front desk staff were absolutely fantastic! Really went out of their way to assure we had what we needed.

Room clean staff courteous Don’t like their policy of holding additional funds for 5-7 business days after checkout and bill has been paid in full. The hotel is holding over $700 in additional funds and I’ve already paid the bill

Hotel is old and not up to standards based on the rates charged. There is rust in the bathroom, the doors do not properly close, the elevators are very slow and/or broken, the front desk is unreachable via phone unless you physically go to them, the heat was on when the outside temperatures were in the high 60's, making the room uncomfortably hot. Overall, the experience was very poor and I would not recommend or return.
