Enjoy breathtaking views of Banderas Bay from this 6th floor penthouse condo in a quiet neighborhood just 1 block from the beach. With a shared pool on the ground floor and a rooftop grill, this boutique complex is the perfect getaway for those looking to relax and soak up the sun. Walk just 5-7 minutes to downtown Bucerias, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There is a mini mart half a block away. This 2BR condo features an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, living, and patio areas, offering plenty of space to relax and entertain. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal or make margaritas. Refrigerator has drinkable filtered water and ice maker. The main bedroom features sliding doors that lead to the patio and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and a great view of the mountains. Each room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also wifi included. As a guest in this condo, you'll have access to the shared pool and lounge area on the ground floor, as well as the rooftop grill area with panoramic views of the bay. The building also has an elevator for easy access to the 6th floor. There is also a washer + dryer available for your use. This is a non-smoking unit. We provide beach chairs for your convenience. The shared pool on the ground floor is open from 9am to 10pm daily. Bucerias is a charming town on the Pacific coast of Mexico, just a short drive from Puerto Vallarta. Known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and delicious food, it's the perfect destination for those looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation.
