Lock off unit in the middle of Bucerias
As advertised, the condo is a studio suite on the top floor of Life Bucerias. As a lock off studio, it is small but in a quiet corner of the building. The building is minutes walking time from the reason to be in Bucerias, the beautiful beach and an umbrella and two chairs are provided. Centrally located, you can easily walk to the grocery store or restaurants of Centro. Miguel from Bay Properties was very gracious in allowing us to securely store our luggage as we arrived at 10AM and were not scheduled to check in until 3PM. He then contacted us by noon indicating the unit was ready for us. Much appreciated.There were a couple of items in the listing that we found to be lacking. There are no laundry facilities in the unit or building for guest usage. Fortunately there is a laundromat next door providing same or next day service. The photos show two pools on the property but only the first floor pool is accessible. If you are not going to the beach, limited seating around the main pool area does fill early. That being said, it is a quiet area to sit in the evening.
