Nice room thou pretty cold on arrival. Receptionist was friendly as were the heath Spa team. Argentinian guy behind the bar was quite annoying. Hotel a little tired in places but served its purpose

Cosy rural retreat in the beautiful Yarrow Valley
Wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage and location. The property was well equiped and stocked with some lovely touches left by the owner. The cleanliness was immaculate and we have a fantastic stay. Will certainly return.

Idyllic 1860 country cottage, wood-burning stove, acre of gardens. Pets adored!
The Bothy was a lovely place for a break away. Quiet but close to Moffat and beautiful walks all around. Karen was a wonderful host along with her dogs Suzy and Radley. Communication was quick and helpful. We loved the wood burning fire in the evenings. Thank you Karen for letting us enjoy The Bothy. ...
