Nice staff, kindness, cleanness... Cool place

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, and beautiful parks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I thought it was a great place to stay. It's in a good location of the city, the staff were very friendly, and the price is certainly reasonable. Juan and Christian were awesome and I would stay here again.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un lugar central. Las duchas no servían. Dentro de los servicios que ofrecían indicaban que tenía ducha d hidromasaje, pero no es verdad. El agua caliente a veces no funcionaba.

Si vas en carro, ni lo pienses

El aseo de la cama deja mucho que desear, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación sin embargo no tiene parqueadero y si lo ofrecen gratis en la publicación cuando en verdad es un parqueadero público el cual es abierto y toda la gente camina por ahí sin seguridad, nuestro carro fue lamentablemente rallado en este lugar, al igual que el hotel cubre el valor del parqueo hasta temprano en la mañana asique si quieres descansar te toca pagar las horas extras por parqueo lo cual es alrededor de de 3500 la hora y si te pasas 10 minutos te cobran la hora completa, al final al venir a Bucaramanga 2 veces al mes este hotel no va a estar en mis 5 primeras opciones de hospedaje.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Bed sheets and pillow cases had some stains as well as few head hairs. Price was a bit higher than the one advertised at reservation.
