The staff was very helpful in the front desk and in the restaurant. Breakfast was great, buffet style. The common restrooms need upgrade, cover yellowing. The room was clean and comfy.

A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and restaurant. The beds were hard, but some people prefer them hard. The location is very convenient and the pricing is excellent. Loved the restaurant. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but hey, it's included. No complaints.

Incredible staff and service. Food was excellent and always a seat open at the restaurant. Only concern is the neighborhood surrounding is less family friendly and more of a club and bar scene, but the hotel itself is the best option in Bucaramanga for travelers with pets

El hotel Chicamocha pudo ser bueno en una época, pero Lo han dejado deteriorar y jamás podría considerarse un hotel de cinco estrellas, a lo sumo tres estrellas. Yo estaba en una suite, no obstante la vista Int no era agradable y al encender las Luces se pierde privacidad interior; la losa, copas del servicio de cafetería a la habitación mal lavadas, el baño viejo de más de 30 años tiene un ruido Al soltar la cisterna que atemoriza, el ingreso a la ducha es una trampa mortal con escaleras y varios niveles, además de una banca pretendida elevada donde al ingresar, si uno resbala, podría reventarse el cráneo: desastroso. Iluminación blanca excesiva, mal servicio en el desayuno incluido: particularmente una de las meseras Jóvenes de la autoservicio de trato seco y desatento; no hacen servicio a la habitación a menos que uno insista en recepción para que envíen una múdalas, En fin, a menos que no tenga donde más ir NUNCA REGRESARÉ A ESE HOTEL. Creo que debe existir en hoteles.com una política de Evaluación de un establecimiento que dice tener cinco estrellas, pero que no pasaría el examen para asignarle tres. Cualquier precio que se pague, es muy elevado para el servicio y la comodidad que ofrece un hotel avejentado cuyo único prestigio es su nombre de hace muchos años. Hay muchas innumerables mejores ofertas en Bucaramanga. En la foto adjunta puede observarse la complejidad del acceso a la ducha.

Bucaramanga muy bonita

Un hotel bastante antiguo y no lo han remodelado a la era actual, tenía gimnasio y la gran mayoría de sus equipos dañados e inservibles, Su habitación no tenía la caja fuerte y me trajeron una portátil bastante prehistórica y poco confiable. Las almohadas muy malas y el colchón muy viejo.
