"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. "There are so many blessings waiting for you at the Tembo House, but the A/C was my saving grace 🌞! The pools were clean and inviting. The room was furnished with history and luxury (we stayed in a triple room). The staff were like meeting old friends and being treated like family. Lounging at the beach and watching the Friday night scene was exciting, charming, and safe. The hotel is located in the heart of the Stone Town experience. My family (wife and 2 pre-teen sons) cannot wait to return. Will stay here for all our future Stone Town adventures!"

"Amazing staff who looked after us so attentively throughout with amazing and friendly service which made the holiday. The property is immaculate on a beautiful beach setting. Very quiet and perfect for a relaxing break. Food was varied and kept interesting. Fantastic breakfasts in particular though meat and fish dishes were a bit disappointing - generally very tough and left us feeling guilty at having to leave food that could’ve been improved. But overall a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return"

"Such a beautiful Hotel, filled with a lot of great people. Had such an amazing experience at the Jaz Elite Aurora. All the staffs were wonderful and kind. Room was kept clean all the time was cleaned twice a day. Are pool was also cleaned everyone morning before using. I also used the gym a lot and that was clean everytime I went to the gym. The restaurant was really good too had 4 different options of food for various times which was really good and the quality of food everywhere was really nice. Special mention has to go to the waitress wand waiter at all the restaurants. They were all great and so were the staffs and managers who stopped from time to time everyday to check in on us. I booked a specific room for our stay and was really pleased with what I was given had a really great view of the beach and the sea. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Zanzibar! Will definitely be going back."
