We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the loft and the hot tub. The cabin was cozy and the beds slept great. There were just a couple minor inconveniences, one with a bedroom ceiling fan and the other with the oven. However Troy was quick and responsive to these requests and provided a quick fix and solution on both. He was very easy to work and communicate with.

Windmill rustic home

We really enjoyed our stay even though it wasn't long enough lol. Didn't want our time to end. Hot tub was nice,hot and ready for us to jump in on arrival. The place was clean and I love that 1 bedroom had a deck porch . The lift was nice as well. Had a minor accident but everything was perfect!!! Took plenty of pics around property!!! The drive was okay the gravel road didn't give us too much hassle and we were safe. I loved it and will possibly book on next casino trip

Internet in and outNo connection for tv multi hrs in living room - showed Wi-Fi not connectedLiving room fan inaccessibility - cord length even on chairMultiple light bulbs out in every room (master had 1 light bulb, broken blind and no curtain2nd bedroom fan broken, no blind and/or curtains - had to put up foil blind for son to sleepOven would not work/turn onKitchen pots and pans bent and food remains , but advised to hand-wash onlyMicrowave threw the breaker multiple timesChair had duck tape to cover hole but still worked well and comfySeating for 2 arm chairs and 2 reclining chairsRotted wood leading into the house posed tripping hazard but plenty room to walk around itNails sticking out of wood above hot tub!!!Grill bottom unkept which caused inconsistent cooking, ruined meals!No cooking sheets (oven didn’t work anyway)Soap in bathroom watered downNo toiletries but not listed on postingStained pillowsI confronted the owner and he said that I should write whatever I want bc he sold the house for a whopping 250,000. Big money man. The nails inches above your head in the hot tub were a really nice touch! Don’t stay here unless you want to waste your money.

Rundown trailer NOT A LOG CABIN

This property should be removed from VRBO listings. The Host was extremely rude. He actually called us "Asheville Freeloaders" (and we're not from Asheville) because we complained about not being able to get in the hot tub for 2 days! Very attentive owner

We had a couple of issues when we got there. When we reached out to the property owner he was very prompt with correcting them. The hot tub was a very enjoyable way to warm up considering how cold it got at night. If I had to give this any kind of rating it would have to be a 10 out of 10

Enjoyed our short stay

Beautiful house 15 mins from everything

Very affordable house, we were expecting something alot smaller for the price, it is situated 15 mins from beach and wilmington we will most definatly be staying again, the restaurants that are close by are amazing and within walking distance

16th bday for grandson

Could’ve been a little cleaner it wasn’t cleaned very well. I wanted to have a birthday cake beside the hot tub on the table, but there was a big hole in the ceiling for the rain came in and Wet the table and chairs The host Was nice, but couldn’t get the water wheel to work. Just needs a little TLC around the area, but would love to go back.

WaterWheel cabin

The stay was okay. Main complaint was cleanliness and maintenance. Otherwise it was a very peaceful place and the owner was extremely nice. Troy was very helpful and check up on us often. He just needs to hire help for cleanliness and maintenance.

Family Vaca

The cabin was a cute, cozy getaway. My family and I enjoyed our stay and the jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. I really liked having my coffee out on the back porch in the mornings. The jacuzzi building and the flower beds need a little TLC but everything else was great.

Nice getaway

I did enjoy this place. Could have been cleaner than it was and mained a little better. Not sure who treated the hottub or with what, but it did burn our skin. I would stay here again if it were maintained better
