Host the Perfect Stay:15-Person House with Indoor Pool, 2 Grills & Entertainment

This 1.25-acre escape features a 5-bedroom/3-bath southern home complete with heated 85-degree indoor swimming pool, Entertainement room with reclining chairs and a smart 75" Plasma TV along with snacks for provided for your enjoyment, the Living room also has seating on a very comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV with access to sports and different apps and Pet Friendly with a non-refundable fee.

Events & More: Considering a unique venue for weddings or graduation parties? We offer event hosting (with prior approval and a fee). If its just a small get together there is no fee. There's also our larger Airbnb, "RusticTexasCabin," just down the road.

The home features a large kitchen complete with island seating, granite counters, coffee bar with an expresso machine,12-cup coffeemaker and all of the important kitchen amenities (wine glasses, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices).

Pool is completely private and built in the house with access from living Room and two doors from the outside. the pool is heated at 85" and is completely enclosed with a private bathroom. The pool has a measurement of 10’x28’ and has steps leading to a depth of 2’ and gradually gets to 5 1/2”.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with two doors to the pool and offers a King size bed, Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. there are bedrooms in front of the house that share a hall bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms are located in the on the side and share a bathroom but also have private sinks in the walk-in closet and bedroom close to the kitchen that has a queen bed. There are 2 twin size cots available for your use which allow us to accommodate up to 15 guests.

The beds are super comfy and spacious, there are plenty of towels and all your basic needs will be provided for with welcoming details, as we strive to give you a five-star stay! Excellent WIFI with a private modem accommodates.

Great Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for the Texas v Texas A&M football game and had a great time. The house was perfect for what we needed: it had plenty of space, the kitchen & grill worked out great, and it was only about 20 minutes from campus. Definitely a great option.

Christmas Celebration

The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all the games. Santa’s wonderland was awesome and the drive was easy. We all had a blast and the home made it much better. The owner was very nice and gave clear instructions. I will definitely stay again.

Family under One Roof

We enjoyed having our Family under one roof. There are a lot of games for the children. Home is in the country but convenient to Bryan/College Station. The indoor pool was a big hit since we were there in late November.

A&M / Alabama football weekend

We stayed here with my family for our daughter’s Aggie ring dunk party (hosted elsewhere) and the the A&M / Alabama football game. Drive to College Station is about 20 minutes, but my family had plenty of space in this comfortable house. We cooked out on the backyard grill Saturday night and enjoyed watching more football on the large TV’s. We loved petting the horses and seeing the longhorn cattle along the fence line. Host was very responsive! Great property!

Perfect for celebrating A&M graduation

We had 10 family members together to attend our daughters graduation from A&M. The house was set up perfectly with so much space and multiple living/eating areas. Beds are all super comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered pool, playing games and star gazing. College station and Bryan are close enough (20-30 min away). We love a restaurant in Bryan called Ronin (farm to market and excellent bar). Owners were excellent and helpful. Very kind extras like shampoo, toothbrushes and mints made us feel welcomed.

Amazing place to stay!

We visited college station for the "Live at the Station" festival! We had an absolute blast. TOR, Flatland Calvary and of course the amazing Zach Bryan put on a show that we will never forget. And with 40,000 people trying to leave snook rodeo grounds at one time was a nightmare! After 3 hours of sitting in the parking lot, we finally exited the venue. And it was amazing to come home to a warm comfortable home away from home after standing in the heat for 11 hours. Cannot wait to come back next year!! Thanks again <3

No regrets

The house was exactly as they said. It was nice because my son’s family had their own “wing” and my husband and I had our own area. I could wake up Early and move about without waking anyone up. My grands loved the pool especially after playing a long day of baseball. The only warning is if you have curious little ones find the china cabinet and move the beautiful blue china up a shelf. It took us 30 seconds so it’s no biggy. I would rent this property again!

June 2023 family vacation

The host was great. Quick to respond and address any issues. The indoor pool was the reason we chose this house. It was great. The kids played and played. No sunburns like the past June trips. A huge house that met our large family needs. We liked the big kitchen. Another refrigerator would be nice for big families like us. We made it work with ice chests though. We want to book for June 2024 but the house is not listed yet. Thanks for a great family vacation

Beautiful home with country setting close to town

The swimming pool sold me on this property. I love to swim but my family burns easily. An indoor pool meant we didn’t have to worry about sunscreen. Lots of fun pool toys too! Rooms are Texas sized - lots of space and beautifully decorated. Not the generic rental vibe. The back two bedrooms have a living area including small refrigerator and microwave. Well equipped large kitchen- enough of everything for a large group. Owner noticed an issue before we arrived and quickly resolved it before we were impacted. The backyard is next to a field where longhorns and horses were grazing. So relaxing to sit with nature. It’s not a long drive to Bryan/College Station and this home was a welcome respite from traffic and noise. Will definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing home!

We loved the beautiful, large rooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was very roomy and well stocked. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and enjoyed the grounds as well as the trampoline. We were even surprised by seeing long horn cattle stroll by in the neighboring field! And later, some very friendly horses came by! They enjoyed feeding them some apples and grapes while petting them. We also enjoyed the snacks provided as well as the large assortment of board games. The kids were actually sad we had to leave to attend our family reunion, although they had a terrific time there as well! The only negative (although some might feel it’s a positive!) might be how far it is located out in the country. It’s maybe 10-15 minutes outside of Bryan. But the beauty and many activities more than made up for the drive! Also, the host promptly answered every question posted! Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous getaway

We met at this property for our cousins family reunion. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. The grounds are also beautiful. The back fire pit area is wonderful for visiting and relaxing in the evening. The host was attentive and checked on us periodically. We drove into College Station to go out to dinner one evening, (only about 20 minutes away). You will not be disappointed!
