「We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double). 「Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!」
