「We loved this apartment. The big balconies with the BBQ and great view.
The location is amazing, no need for a car during our stay. We enjoyed the walks and friendly people of the resort. Thank you to the Altipik Team for their great service and allowing us a late checkout.
Nothing, we hope to come back in the winter.」

「The home is stunning! Perfect for our group of four adults with extra space. The only thing I would change about the home is having a larger TV to fit the area. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Be prepared to buy groceries (including coffee) and get this in advance as the grocery store closes at 7pm!This was our first time staying in a chalet in the Swiss Alps and our first experience with a parking garage and access such as this. We drove from Zurich and got to the home very...

「I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition.
Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash.
The apartment also lacked basic...
