"We had a wonderful time this past weekend at Big Bear! The house is cozy and there is a lot of room. It was on a golf course which we loved as were avid golfers. The fun park across the street from the golf course is a great place to take the kids and get a sweet treat! We love the RV/campground that was also just down the road, it was a great idea if we ever wanted to go camping! The hosts supply you with all of your essentials and more. Sheets were super clean and floors were well kept! We were missing a few items, but no worries because they had them already supplied!!! Communication was INCREDIBLE! The documents provided beforehand were great and I was able to share them with all the guets so they knew what to expect. I'd advise getting groceries before arriving at a bigger chain store as they have more options then the market in Mio. Other than that, wonderful location. OH also two grills on the main deck... were AWESOME. "

"Wonderful property for a large group. I felt like it didn’t matter what the weather was, we were covered for entertainment. It was beautiful for our stay, so we were in the water and on the pontoon!A couple of things that we had to go to the store for was dish soap and dish washer detergent and toilet paper. I thought the entire home had air conditioning, but it was only the common area. The bedrooms were warm at night. Those couple of things are not criticism, only making aware.Thanks for a fabulous stay!"
"The wife and I took our kayaks and had a great time on Lake Winyah. The house sits right on the lake so it’s very convenient. We caught so many fish. Pike, Walleye, Lg mouth bass, Sm mouth bass, bluegill, bullhead and a crappie. I literally made three casts off the dock and landed a 23” pike. We will be back "

"Overall outstanding cabin! We had a great stay. The house was stocked with most all essentials - except TP!! A few issues we experienced was mice poop, under a pillow on one of the beds - which was not pleasant to wake up to. Also lots of flies coming out of the woodwork. One of the bedrooms upstairs the heat was never on, pretty cold! There is also leak from the upstairs shower pan, I think there’s a small hairline crack in there pan…it was dripping just above the bottom of the stairs…It’s apparent that leak has been there awhile with the numerous drywall patch jobs in the general area. Also the 10 digit door code is ridiculous. Don’t lock the lower knob- Otherwise you’ll lock yourself out. I did not have any communication with the property manager. Overall B- for a rating. We would stay here again! Thanks! "
