「The rooms were fantastic and super clean and the night staff was wonderful. However the desk clerk and manager of the morning shift could not be bothered to check the food they were serving for dairy so that I could safely eat breakfast. 」

The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was...

「5-star hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, accommodating and eager to help. The breakfast was always hot and always being replenished. The happy hour every evening was a nice surprise with drinks and food being served included. Yazmine in housekeeping and Mary A were wonderful people to deal with. 」
