「The host is prompt and professional with communication. The property is very clean and the a/c works nicely in the main bedroom that we use. It’s a great location for a quick stroll to dinner after a day in the car in transit. Will stay again!」

The home is beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had basically everything and the grill worked great so our eat in nights were a breeze. Location is just a short drive to the grocery, the pier/restaurants and the beach. We had a great time and hope to return soon!」

「Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

「We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there.」
