Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. When we arrived, the check-in process was very unorganized. Although we had booked the room hours before, it still took over 45 minutes for it to be cleaned and ready. We also had a family emergency and needed to leave early, but the office was closed. They provided an emergency number—which I called over 25 times—with no response. The posted sign said the office would open at 8:30 AM, but no one showed up until 9:00 AM, which delayed us even more during a difficult time. The lack of communication and support was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I was completely astonished at how bad things at this place are. The bedspreads and blankets you see in those photos....they don't exist. You get sheets only. You also don't get any toilet paper or any towels and washcloths. And then let's talk about how disgustingly dirty my room was. Layers of dirt were on the baseboards and behind the bed, and the floors were sticky. The refrigerator and the microwave were coated in goop. There are also long-term patrons living in the units who sit outside with grills and radios and blast music until 3am. I won't EVER book with this company again.

Decent for the area I guess. Whole and pieces of old cigar papers and debris on the floor. Doesn’t look like they vacuum at all. Still the best place I’ve stayed in Brunswick.

The bathroom door had been kicked in several times and the holes are still there. Dirty room and no working TV. Dirty mini refrigerator. Breakfast isn’t served until 8:30 AM so we had to buy breakfast on our own dime even though it was supposed to be included. Please consider refunding our money as this was the worse hotel stay ever!

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h00 et la chambre n’était pas libre et non nettoyée . Nous avons attendus plus de 3 heures pour rentrer dans notre chambre. À notre surprise il n’y avait pas de rideau de douche et le support de papier toilette arraché . Les photos du motel ne sont pas représentatives et c’est décevant. Il y’a de beaux hôtels dans les environs il faut éviter le le Suburban à Brunswick GA .

Upon arriving at the room I noticed that there was not one single smoke detector in the room nor any type of sprinklers if there was a fire. After going to sleep, I woke up the next morning to bed bugs crawling around on the white sheets. I took a photo and went to show the employee at the front office to which he told me that the pest control company comes and sprays around the outside of the building and sometimes it causes the bugs to go inside. I’m no professional exterminator but that just sounds ridiculous to me. I am awaiting a refund on the money I paid for room but I doubt I will be getting it

The tenants that were on the property obviously lived here long term. There were car parts and small engine parts everywhere and children's toys all over. There's no issue with kids playing with their toys. It's the disarray that all of the toys and bikes were in. Everything is just run down. The room we were in had open power outlets without faceplates. The bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves in it while another person tried to kick it in. I never complain. Im just needing to lay my head down and go to work when out in the field. But this one really was bad. They did get me with those images online. Fell for it, hook, line and sinker.

I didnt like that there was no deadbolt lock and the door conjoining to the room next door was broken and didnt lock. Bathroom was dirty and toilet seat had piss on it. Carpet was not vacuumed. No towels or soap amenities.

I wish I could post pictures. -Window curtain was broken (falling off the rail and did not close) -Food and trash all over the exterior. I had to step over half eaten bowls of food on the stairs to the room. -Screaming and shouting evening and morning -Shower had no shower curtain -Blood on the wall of the shower -No soap or shampoo -Holes in the walls and bathroom door
