"Wednesday and Friday the hotel does Not offer city tours. During Ramadan the less than tasty breakfast is not available in the dining area, no tourists allowed. Your breakfast is placed on a tray in the hallway outside your room where you are expected to eat it.i have never experienced this. In our opinion pay a little bore for a proper breakfast in a designated dining area. For $80. In Asia we consistently do much better.
Boys, a hotel staff driver came to our rescue by offering a “Free” city tour of all the highlights. His ability to speak English, his local knowledge and patience were excellent and appreciated. It transformed our visit in a most positive way. Thank you Boys your most kind offerings are sincerely appreciated."
"Perfect for site seeing , this is walking distance to many of the main tourist attractions. The from desk always has two people greeting you there . They can use the hotel shuttle to take you to the big mall or big mosque and palace . But you must set up a schedule, I told one desk staffer that I wanted to go to the main mosque tomorrow. I told him but did not schedule, someone else scheduled the van for another trip . Plenty of casual places to eat and shop near by . The hotel has a very nice restaurant on the ground floor rooms are spacious and spotless . "
"Airport shuttle to hotel free but a fee to get back to airport. Room dated in need of a refresher. Staff helpful and cheerful. Location walking distance to most sites "

"When I almost check out in the morning before 9am that day, the staff keep knocking at the door. I shouted I am showering and keep press the door bell also... so I quickly shower finished... However, the two staff just opened the door and bypass to go in... luckily, I latched the door and I just wrapped with a towel only... I just opened and they said I check out? which I still prepare to check out... very bad experience and rude to open bypass, lucky I am a man as my partner not here... what if a lady how? this is a very bad experience!!"
