The place was everything that the pictures and description, described to you. The outdoor area was great and especially the outdoor fire place. What I liked was the kitchen was fitted out like you would have at your own place, not an over abundant supply of utensils, but all the key ones you need plus having more than one tea towel, was also excellent. Enjoy your stay, we did :-)

Dampkap licht stuk . Krijg niet uit. Veel e-mail sturen. Nu de vuilnisbak ge moet sorteren maar de vuilnisbakken over vol en geen rest afval bak dus je kunt je vuinis niet kwijt. Gordijn stuk. Veel stuk.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, zwei kleine Kinder und ein Hund. Was uns zuerst aufgefallen ist: Für die Verhältnisse die wir bisher in Holland erlebt haben, war das Haus sehr sauber. Auch Geräte wie Spülmaschine, Kühlschränke und Waschmaschine waren sauber. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin lief schnell und problemlos bei Fragen und Anliegen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen was uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Für Ausflüge in Städte usw braucht man aber definitiv ein Auto! Der Garten war auch sehr schön! Es gibt eine schöne Sitzlounge und sogar eine tolle Hängematte. Für uns persönlich mit 4 Personen war das Haus von der Größe her perfekt. Ich glaube für 8 Personen wäre es uns definitiv alles zu eng. Es gibt lediglich einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein paar Kleiderstangen. Das Kochfeld in der Küche kostet einen auch etwas Nerven und Zeit. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok aber nicht überragend. Wie in allen Ferienhäusern die wir bisher besucht haben, sucht man scharfe Messer und Pfannen die nicht verbogen sind vergeblich. Leider hat im oberen Bad die Glaswand der Dusche gefehlt, aber uns mit 4 Personen hat die Dusche im Erdgeschoss gereicht. Mit 8 Personen jedoch dann wiederum schwierig. Alles in Allem würden wir das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen... Allerdings nicht für 8 Personen, sondern wie jetzt mit 4-6 Personen. Danke für die schöne Zeit :-)

An sich für die Familie mit Hund ein schönes Haus mit netten Garten. Aber:- das Haus, die Einrichtung sind doch in die Jahre gekommen. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Rasen vorher mal geschnitten wäre (da viele Bienen/Hummeln im Rasen waren und dies für kleinere Kinder eher schlecht ist).- die Reinigung ließ zu "wünschen übrig". Spinnweben, Kamin, viel Sand auf dem Gartentisch,...- wer ein einen schönen Strand sucht, muss mindestens 40min. mit dem Auto fahren.

Een volledig leuk huis en tuin, alles was aanwezig. De hond kon vrij rondlopen in de goed omheinde tuin. We hebben er een week verbleven met stralend weer en konden voluit genieten van land en zee. Ideaal om tot rust te komen. Als ik dan toch iets moet opmerken zou buiten verlichting aan het teras wel leuk zijn. Groetjes en tot nog eens...

Een gezellig, proper huisje voor ons gezin met 8 personen + 🐕. Mooi afgesloten tuintje. Er moeten hier en daar wel wat herstellingen gebeuren (keukenkastje, douchedeur). Maar het heeft ons niet gehinderd. We hebben heel er genoten van ons weekend daar.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Nordzeepark. Das Haus liegt ganz hinten im Park zum Strand läuft man ca 25 min. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, allerdings war es nicht überall so sauber. Wir waren über Silvester da und leider wurde im Park geknallt, das war für unseren Hund sehr stressig. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Het Mosselhuys in Bruinisse was echt een succes. Wij komen regelmatig naar Zeeland en hebben van Belvilla ook in een andere huisje gezeten namelijk in Zonnemaire. Wij vinden het Mosselhuys zo leuk dat wij weer een weekje bij Belvilla hebben geboekt en wel voor december 2023. Het is een echte aanrader. Goed contact met eigenaar van het Mosselhuys bij vragen et cetera.

Leider läuft die ganze Korrespondenz (schriftlich per e-mail) vor Ort nur auf holländisch…also unbedingt ein Übersetzungsprogramm dabei haben…Haushaltsregeln sind nur auf holländisch verfügbar…Aussengrill leicht kaputt und Grillfläche überhaupt nicht sauber…Schade…Trotzdem allgemein hat alles sonst einen relativ guten Eindruck hinterlassen …

Gezellig huisje jammer dat er geen droger aanwezig is terwijl dit wel aangegeven staat en op foto’s zichtbaar. Beddengoed mag ook wat aandacht hebben. Overtrekken en slopen zijn voorzien van kapotte ritsen ipv instop stroken. Komt zo slordig en onverzorgd over. Vaatwasser laat ook te wensen over. Op een paar kleine aandachtspuntjes na is het goed vertoeven hier. Maar krap met 8 personen. Er is namelijk maar 1 driedeurs klerenkast aanwezig.

Het huisje heeft een zeer goede ligging, dichtbij de jachthaven en een gezellig strandje. Het ligt bovendien op fietsafstand van het centrum van Bruinisse. Het huis zelf (keuken-en woonruimte) is helaas te klein voor 7 personen. Met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen wordt het echt te krap. De tuin en het meubilair wordt niet onderhouden en nodigt dus niet uit om gezellig in te vertoeven. Ook de vaatwas is aan vervanging toe, borden en bestek komen er vaak vies uit. Mits de nodige investeringen van de eigenaar is dit huis oké (maar niet voor 7/8 personen).

Gezellig groot huis met alle voorzieningen en beschutte ruime tuin. Enig minpuntje voor ons waren de bedden beneden. Matrassen liggen op zich prima, maar aangezien alles los ligt dien je wel een rustige slaper te zijn anders raak je gedurende nacht van alles kwijt.
