"Gute Wohnung für eine größere Gruppe mit großer Essküche und angrenzender Terrasse. Es gibt 5 Zimmer, zT mit 2-3 Betten, davon eins im Keller. Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht und zunächst nur 2 Zimmerschlüssel bekommen, da in den zwei Zimmern ja ausreichend Betten für 6 Leute zur Verfügung stünden. Nach einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis haben wir auch die anderen Schlüssel bekommen, sodass wir alle Zimmer benutzen konnten, so wie es auch von uns vorgesehen war. Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."

"Der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung, auf dem zweiten Blick waren viele Mängel zusehen. Die zweite Toilette war kaputt War nicht zu benutzen. Viele Steckdosen waren aus der Verankerung gerissen Der Fußboden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt. Der Herd war sehr schmutzig Ekelig. Die Betten unten waren in Ordnung, Oben war es sehr eng haben wir nicht benutzt. Ein zweites mal würden wir die Unterkunft nicht mieten."

"Wir waren mit zwei Familien angereist. Die Unterkunft ist so weitläufig, dass auch zu Acht nie ein Gefühl der Enge entstand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich und gut durchdacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat keine Kosten für schnelles Internet oder Einrichtungsgegenständen gescheut. Zusammen mit dem dörflichen Charakter Ottensteins und der herrlichen Landschaft ein perfekter Ort zum Ausspannen."

"Kurzfristig gebucht und angenehm überrascht, wie toll das Ferienhaus ist. Sehr nette Vermieter, mit denen die Kommunikation gut funktioniert. "Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited. "
