「雨の降る深夜に到着し、鍵のありかを見つけるのにひと苦労。24時間対応の緊急番号に電話し、何とか解決したものの、もう少し分かりやすい説明を事前にしてもらいたい。」

「Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. 」

「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」

「Nice & cleaning for the price」

「Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Uns hat besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche, das gemütliche Sofa und grosse Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten gefallen. Bad war auch sehr gross und das zusätzliches Gäste-WC ein Plus. Gemütlicher Essbereich mit Eckbank, wobei dort Sitzkissen nett wären. WLAN war ein wenig ruckelig. Kommen gerne wieder.」

「入るゲートは、分かりにくかったです。 中は、とてもシンプルで綺麗でした。チューリヒの中心にあるので、ちょっとした観光や外出も便利でした。」

「Es war super erholt. Meine kinder haben sich über den See direkt an der Ferienwohung gefreut. Es war sehr ruhig und man hatte das gefühl das man endlich mit kinder willkommen ist.」
