An absolutely wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, beautiful furnishings, lovely view of the private courtyard and an amazing breakfast. Brother's John and Michael are fabulous hosts. John welcomed us, gave us a tour of the B&B, explained its stained glass history and gave us a map he marked sights to see on. Michael served a delicious breakfast with an array of choices, gave us information on train schedules and saved us a lot of time walking to the train station. We would definately stay again.

Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs and bacon/smoked salmon and more. Freshly squeezed juices, tea coffee etc. The rooms are immaculate, and impeccably clean, with large bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge, TV and air conditioning. I booked via Hotels.com, and the pricing was great for an incredible experience and masterclass in hospitality.

This is an amazing property! The food, staff, and room were top notch. Will definitely plan to stay here again. You will be impressed. Mike was phenomenal- he greeted us, showed us a map of all the churches, restaurants and areas to catch the boat for a canal tour of the city. He even showed us our room on how to navigate. 100 stars! Thank you!
