「My reservation was cancelled by property management.When I arrived to check in I was informed my room was cancelled by property management that morning before check in time because they ran my card before I arrived there I keep my card locked so it declined but of course I was scheduled to pay at the property when I booked my room..Nevered offerd me another room just told me they was sold out of rooms. 😡」
