「Had a good weekend staying here. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Abby was very quick with communication. We had 6 in our party. Sleeping space was good. Hang out space was a little small for 6 to sit comfortably.」

「Property is perfectly setup for a group outing both inside and out. There is privacy for all with bedrooms and bathrooms and multi-floor setup. All the amenities you can hope for when on vacation to have some fun - fire pit, hot tub, comfy and large deck space, indoor game room. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!」

「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

「Nice clean place, the location is fantastic! The only down side was only the bottom level of the home has AC and those are the bedrooms and the bathroom. Upstairs, even with the windows open on that odd 90 degree day that we had it was very hot. So just keep that in mind if the heat does bother you. Otherwise it was great!」

「Amazing process from beginning to end. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for all our needs. The location was awesome as well! We will definitely be back! Points of interest- the directions state “look for a red door”- it is actually a beautiful shade of teal now! -maybe update that point! 」
