Fabulous flat. The only big problem was that it was five flights of stairs up and it doesn’t state that in the description. With two 20kg suitcases this was not fun!!

The tv wasn't working - new batteries in the remote?
And the hairdryer is the most annoying thing ever having to hold that button down with my arthritic hands whilst using it, almost impossible. The spout that fits on there also kept falling off....
Other than that perfect, thank you

Please dont stay at this hotel. They should be ashamed to call them selfs a chain with “quality accomodation”
Everything about this hotel is wrong. If you want to stay in dirty, dusty and smelly hotel /room - please go ahead and book a stay here.
Dont even let me start on breakfast quality….
This is probably the worst value for money that i ever spend.
Avoid at all cost!
