Lovely stay

A fabulous stay in an extremely clean and well appointed house. A great breakfast that was plentiful and made with top quality ingredients. The host was so accomodating too and so I've no hesitation in recommending this B&B!

The house and the owners are very friendly and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and i always started the day off well as a result. The rooms are clean and well stocked, there is a TV , kettle with tea and coffee and milk in a fridge , my room had a shower and toilet ensuite. Great place to stay and well worth using if youre in the area.

Helen & Pat are wonderful. Their property is beautiful, clean, spotless even. Helen & Pat can’t do enough for you & the breakfast is the best We would recommend “House 41” to everyone We live in Australia, & if we ever come back we will definitely going back to “House 41” in Aylesbury

4th July celebrations

We had a nights' stay for a wedding and very grateful we could access our room earlier to dress. Our host was super helpful with my enquires, very welcoming and easy to talk with. A very lovely lady. My daughter was very impressed with the house so that alone would have awarded them an extra star. With so much going on over the weekend it was good to find this place to stay at a reasonable price
